Old Mill
A picturesque cottage with contemporary styling indoors. There are views of rolling countryside from all rooms and countryside walks from the front door.
The house is adjacent to the Battlefield of Killiecrankie and nearby is the famous Killiecrankie Gorge, complete with miles of beautiful walks.  Other attractions in the area include ‘Queens view’ near Pitlochry and the magnificent Blair Castle. It is within an area of outstanding natural beauty and next to the Cairngorm National Park.

Although no trace of the mill workings survive, there is a water feature outside the living room French-frame doors where the mill-lade used to run. The entrance lobby leads into a double height living room, with wooden floor and staircase leading to the first floor gallery landing. The kitchen is well laid out and has a dining area.  A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, completes the ground floor.  Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, with adjacent shower room.
